Jean Deschenes, CFP, CHS
Jean began his career in 1998 with London Life Insurance Co at the age of 19. Being so young, he felt that education was very important and helped him to develop the skills required to provide his clients with the best advice possible. In 2001 he decided to pursue his Certified Financial Planner designation and completed this goal by the summer of 2004. The CFP designation is the most widely recognized financial planning designation in Canada and worldwide. He has been an Advocis member since the beginning of his career.
Jean focuses his attention on retirement planning, risk management as well as estate planning for his clients. He truly enjoys walking clients through their personal journey and ultimately guiding them towards achieving their goals. Jean also enjoys collaborating with Tim and Michael on many client files, as they agree that a team effort produces the best outcome for Rock Harbour Clients.
Jean is married to his best friend Lori and has two beautiful children. In their spare time, they enjoy kayaking, camping, cycling, and exploring new destinations.
